He also built Vruksha Montessori, where he learned something else: most parents aren’t ready to step away from traditional schooling. They value it. They should. But alongside school, something is missing; the deliberate development of thinking itself.

Mr Manikandan and Meenakshi did everything right. Studies in reputed institutions. Passed with top ranks. But along the way, they realised something marks never taught them: how to think through a problem nobody had prepared them for. That realisation became a worry when they became parents. Not just for their child, but for a whole generation of children walking the same path. That search brought them to Vinothkumar. They decided to design an engineering-based thinking academy where students face real-world problems rather than just textbook formulas.

These three understood the problem because they lived it. They built the solution they wish had existed for themselves and their children.
